Winchester City Council has resolved to grant planning permission for the Silver Hill proposals and is currently agreeing the Section 106 Agreement with Thornfield Properties.
Once the Section 106 is finalised, land assembly will be undertaken so that development can start on revitalising the Silver Hill area of Winchester. It is anticipated that construction will start on site by Spring 2009 and development will be undertaken on a phased basis over approximately four years.
